Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room is a family-style Western restaurant located inside Best Western Ruby's Inn, just one mile from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Serving the area since 1916, it offers a full-service menu of steak, ribs, chicken, and seafood alongside a seasonal buffet, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No reservations are required - walk in any time and grab a table. The restaurant holds a full Utah State Liquor License, so a cold beer or glass of wine is always on the menu too.

Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room serves two ways to eat at lunch and dinner: a full-service à la carte menu featuring steak, ribs, seafood, burgers, and sandwiches, and a rotating seasonal buffet with hot and cold entrees, sides, and desserts. Both are available at the same time, so you can order off the menu, hit the buffet, or do both.Â
