Stayed in the very back of the rv camping. Someone really thought this through. These are HUGE sites!!! It was wonderful to have so much room. 5th wheels, pulling atv or boats, don’t stay anywhere else. Wi fi, cable, moveable tables and fire pit. There are few trees, but the altitude is such that it never gets real warm. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ask for the sites in the very back. Never was even assigned a next door neighbor. We had a fabulous wagon ride that is offered by Ruby’s and thoroughly enjoyed cowboy Dave Halseth who was our wagon master and guide. He is so knowlegable about Bryce Canyon, the views from the wagon are stupendous and I being from a farm was so impressed with his handling of his wagon team. We’ve have stayed at other places out on the Highway and wanted to be closer to the Park, so we opted for Ruby’s, and loved it! It seems worth spending more to be in the main lodge, closer to the pool cafes and other activities. We had an upgraded wheelchair accessible room that seriously felt like a small presidential suite in a large city hotel. Huge bathroom you could sleep in, with a jetted tub and right across from the pool. Everything was terrific to/for our two special needs daughter’s. The staff was diverse ethnicity but most really worked hard to make sure we were pleased. We had some minor problems, and there were people right there in minutes. Solved the issues in short order and made us happy to be there. Kudos to Ruby’s for bringing upscale comforts to an equally beautiful place!Dan – Aurora, Colorado, United States
On the weekend of Aug 12 2011 our party of four attended the cowboy dinner and had a great evening. After the show we noticed we could not find our rental car keys. We notified the manager, sheriff Sean, I believe, who organized a search right away. This included dumping out trash barrels on the dining room and kitchen floors and having the staff sift through the contents. Much to our embarrassment we found them in MY pocket in the parking lot. I have done a lot of traveling and have never seen such helpfulness and honest concern for a patrons problem and polite joy at our solving the mystery anywhere else. Kudos to the entire staff for their help and hospitality. I would recommend Ruby’s to anyone and will absolutely be back the next time i visit the area. comments here!Alan, United States

I was at Bryce Canyon this week on Monday , Sept 30 and I had to find a printer and a fax to use. I asked the young women at the counter at the Inn for help, and they couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. When I told them I wasn’t a guest at the Inn it did not change their attitudes at all-they continued to be friendly and attentive. i did not get their names, but they are employees to be proud of!!Evelyn Lyles – Asheville, North Carolina, United States
We live in St. George and yesterday-(Monday) the wife and I went to Bryce Canyon. We had lunch in The Cowboy Buffet & Steak Room. Our waitress Sonia was just wonderful. She gave us first class service from start to finish and the meal was great! In the gift shop we had lots of fun and Heidi was friendly and helpful! We look forward to coming back for another visit. A couple day’s ago, I stayed in a beautiful lodge at the lake. The room was very good en very clean. The park bryce canyon is also very beautiful. My family and I stayed at Ruby’s Inn a month ago or so, and had a wonderful time. Upon check out we had a misunderstanding about the pet policy, but once the manager was notified everything was cleared up. The manager, Chris, was wonderful and really helped us out, more than he even knows. Because of him we will return whenever possible because he showed us that he really cares and go above and beyond.
