Large Event Spaces (Main Floor)
For large groups that need space to breathe and professional infrastructure, the main floor of Ruby’s Inn offers the Red Canyon rooms. These are our premier indoor venues, perfect for conventions or large banquets.
Red Canyon A ($1,500/day): Best for presentations and seated dinners.
Red Canyon B ($1,500/day): Best for breakout sessions or medium-sized groups.
Combined (A & B) ($3,000/day): Provides maximum square footage for large events and assemblies./

The Upstairs Suites
Need something a bit more intimate? Our upstairs meeting rooms—Manzanita, Bristlecone, Sage, and Pinyon—are the ultimate “chameleons.” They can be rented individually for small workshops or combined to accommodate larger groups.
Single Room: $250/day or $35/hour
Two Combined: $500/day or $70/hour
Three Combined: $750/day or $115/hour
All Four Combined: $1,000/day or $140/hour
Bryce Canyon Grand
Located within the Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel (part of the Ruby’s family), these rooms offer a polished atmosphere for those looking for a modern touch.
Ponderosa Room: $750 per day (or $100/hour). A spacious, upscale choice for mid-sized groups.
Cottonwood Room: $250 per day (or $35/hour). Perfect for focused meetings or small breakfast gatherings.

The Rim Pavilion
If you want your guests to truly experience the majesty of Southern Utah, look no further than the Rim Pavilion. This is our signature outdoor/sheltered space that overlooks the stunning landscape.
Rate: $3,500 per day
Capacity: Up to 100 guests
The Vibe: Scenic, breathtaking, and unforgettable. This is the premier choice for wedding receptions and milestone celebrations where the scenery is the guest of honor.


Outdoor Lawn & Grass Areas
For a more casual or custom setup, Ruby’s Inn features several open grass areas surrounding the property. These spaces are ideal for informal gatherings or group activities.
Availability: Free for guest use.

Ebenezer’s Barn and Grill
As our largest indoor venue, Ebenezer’s is ideal for high-occupancy luncheons or morning presentations. Because this space hosts a nightly Western dinner show, daytime availability is limited.
