Located in Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn Main Lodge.
Family style western dining features the area's finest steak, ribs, chicken, and seafood. Order from our full service menu or enjoy our seasonal buffet! They're open daily, Summer: 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM; Winter 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM. No reservations are required.
We have a Utah State Liquor License.
The Canyon Diner features Great Western Fast Food and Freshly Baked Piccadilly Pizza.
Located next to Ruby's Inn Main Lodge.
Burgers, 1/4# Hotdog, Halibut Fish, Steak Sandwich, Salads, Bratwurst /w Sauerkraut, Box Lunches, Shakes & Malts, Coffee, Espresso, Soft Drinks and much more.
