We live in St. George and yesterday-(Monday) the wife and I went to Bryce Canyon. We had lunch in The Cowboy Buffet & Steak Room. Our waitress Sonia was just wonderful. She gave us first class service from start to finish and the meal was great! In the gift shop we had lots of fun and Heidi was friendly and helpful! We look forward to coming back for another visit. Thanks to everyone there for being so nice. Believe me when I say that people really do appreciate the way you treat your guests.

My family and I stayed at Ruby's Inn a month ago or so, and had a wonderful time. Upon check out we had a misunderstanding about the pet policy, but once the manager was notified everything was cleared up. The manager, Chris, was wonderful and really helped us out, more than he even knows. Because of him we will return whenever possible because he showed us that he really cares and go above and beyond. Thank you Chris!!

On the weekend of Aug 12 2011 our party of four attended the cowboy dinner and had a great evening. After the show we noticed we could not find our rental car keys. We notified the manager, sheriff Sean, I believe, who organized a search right away. This included dumping out trash barrels on the dining room and kitchen floors and having the staff sift through the contents. Much to our embarrassment we found them in MY pocket in the parking lot. I have done a lot of traveling and have never seen such helpfulness and honest concern for a patrons problem and polite joy at our solving the mystery anywhere else. Kudos to the entire staff for their help and hospitality. I would recommend Ruby's to anyone and will absolutely be back the next time i visit the area. comments here!

I couldn't let this year pass without telling you how happy I was with the retreat that Bonnie hosts there. I think I have been attending for the past 8 years. I do bring my family (daughters and daughter-in-laws and even my sisters on occasions.) One sister came from Philadelphia until she passed away and one from Chicago has been joining us for the past 3 years. We thought this was the best one yet and mostly because of the food and the personnel. We loved the food, but then we usually do. The serving staff as well as those we met at the desk were the friendliest we can remember. The past two years we have stayed in the Grand and have absolutely loved it. It was so nice to have some of the classes taught there this year. Those rooms are so spacious and just great for what we do there. I appreciate the shuttle service. We pool our transportation and do not have a vehicle for each attendee. That might present a problem if I (at 80 years of age) had to carry my sewing machine and tools as I walked across the way. Thanks for all you do to make this a memorable experience for so many. I must say that I think that Brad (sorry I don't know his last name) is doing great work as he flits here and there handling the food, the shuttle, and whatever else.

WE SPENT TWO WEEKS TRAVELING THE WEST AND THE BEST TIME WAS AT RUBYS INN IN BRYCE CANYON. THE LODGING WAS GREAT, BUT THE RESTAURANT WAS UNBELIEVEABLE. WE HAVE NEVER MET SUCH A NICE STAFF OF PEOPLE WHO TREATED US VERY WELL AND ACTUALLY CARED TO GET TO KNOW US. THE FOOD WAS GREAT WHETHER IT WAS THE BUFFETT OR OFF THE MENU. I RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A REAL WEST ADVENTURE. THANKS TO ALL WHO WORK THERE. WE WILL BE BACK-WITH FRIENDS

I wanted to contact you about our days ride with Tyrell and give you some feedback
Our holiday was to celebrate my 60th birthday and my wife and I embarked on a 4000 mile 3 and a half week road trip round California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
When we arrived at Ruby’s and checked in for the ride I was firstly delighted there would only be two of us and Tyrell. I know that was chance but it went a long way towards the experience.
Then we come to the day itself – all we can say is WOW!!! What a fantastic day – we both have it down as the best day of the holiday and we had seen some sights and been awesome places!
Tyrell absolutely made it so good, he is friendly, knowledgeable and engaging and his great attitude and demeanour made a memorable day in beautiful countryside unforgettable. Please pass on our gratitude and appreciation!
One other thing we thought was great by the way were the photos – unexpected and free, so many places want to extract more money for photos – we just thought it was a nice touch

We visited Bryce Canyon about a week ago and stayed at Ruby's Inn and we really have to say it was amazing. You all were so nice and very obliging and it was a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. Our room was tidy and clean and we also took advantage of your neat pool and hot tab after our 1,5 hour horseback ride which I really have to recommend to every visitor. I'm sure we will come back and visit Ruby's Inn again, but next time for more than just one day. Yours Sarah, Stefanie and Ramona
